餐廳老闆揭4點餐地雷!一票人愛點 花錢還吃壞肚子

現代人生活忙碌,許多人仰賴外食,但吃外食除了傷荷包,還可能帶來健康風險。近期美國網紅茱莉亞.貝茲(Julia Besz)在抖音分享一名餐廳老闆朋友的內幕,點名「4大餐點地雷」,提醒民眾點餐時務必避開,以免花錢還吃壞肚子。影片上架後吸引逾37萬次觀看,引發網友熱議。

根據《紐約郵報》報導,該名餐廳老闆首先提醒,不要輕易點與季節無關的「特餐」。這類餐點往往是為了清掉庫存或即將過期的食材,廚房會以濃重醬汁或華麗擺盤掩蓋新鮮度不足的問題,顧客實際上吃到的只是「剩料升級版」。

第二個地雷是內陸城市的海鮮,若店家無法確保每天進貨,尤其是生蠔、蛤蜊等貝類,就可能成為食物中毒的高風險來源。這名老闆直言:「精緻的海鮮拼盤,可能就是一顆食安炸彈。」

第三自助餐廳的雞肉料理也不建議碰,由於大量出菜難以嚴格控管溫度,一旦溫控失誤,細菌就會快速孳生。雖然顧客當下吃不出異樣,「但12小時後肚子就會給你答案」;最後飲料裡的冰塊同樣暗藏危機,許多餐廳忙碌之下未定期清洗製冰機,導致冰塊成為「冰鎮培養皿」,顧客實際喝下的,恐怕是一杯「細菌特調」。

餐廳老闆也提供了一個簡單自保公式,點餐前先問自己「這道菜在廚房裡流轉得快不快?」。若答案是否定,就代表食材可能放太久、不新鮮,最好避免。

除了衛生疑慮,專家也提醒餐廳菜單設計暗藏「心理戰」。美國優惠券平台Proxy Coupons執行長佛瑞德.哈靈頓(Fred Harrington)指出,大多數人會在90秒內決定餐點。南加州大學講師布勒(Jason Buhle)則分析,餐廳經常將價格縮小、擺放於不顯眼位置,讓顧客先被食物名稱吸引,忽略了荷包負擔。專家呼籲,外食雖便利,但消費者仍應留意食材新鮮度與餐廳環境衛生,才能吃得安心。
